System Overview
CroíValve has developed a novel, minimally invasive solution for severe+ Tricuspid Regurgitation (TR). TR is a highly prevalent disease in people over 65 years of age with limited treatment options today. The DUO Adapt™ System is designed to expand these treatment options.

Coaptation Valve
The coaptation valve fills the leak and actively adapts to varying anatomy and leaks. DUO Adapt™ works in big hearts and small hearts, independent of coaptation gap and annulus size—working in tandem with the native leaflets—allowing it to treat a broad patient base, and support positive right heart remodeling.
Anchor System
To preserve the right heart, we created an anchor system that is adaptable and supportive of right heart remodeling. It’s anchored within the SVC with a stent, allowing the right heart to function without device interaction.
